Water meter deposits: $50.00
Water bills due by the 15th of each month. A 10% penalty will be applied to late bills. Bills not paid by the 21st of each month will be disconnected. A $50.00 reconnect fee will be applied to be reconnected, plus the past due bill and current bill must be paid in full. For more information contact the Clarence City Hall at 660-699-3310.

The City of Clarence maintains its own natural gas service.
Gas meter deposits: $100.00.
Gas bills due by the 15th of each month. A 10% penalty will be applied to late bills. Bills not paid by the 21st of each month will be disconnected. A $50.00 reconnect fee will be applied to be reconnected, plus the past due bill and current bill must be paid in full.
The City maintains the gas system to the meter. The customer is responsible for lines from the meter into the building.
