The Building is 9,975 square feet designed according to BOCA (Building Officials and Code Administrators International, Inc.) codes. Ladies and gentlemen's toilets are handicap accessible. The building was originally designed as a full-service 128-capacity restaurant with lounge and 120-capacity banquet room.
